We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to take care of our patients at their homes

Essential Responsibilities
 

• Assist the patients to complete activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and medication reminders.

• Assist the patients to ambulate properly to prevent falls

• Prepare nutritious meals, feeding and prevent the patient from choking

• Provide companionship and basic housekeeping, such as patient's laundry

• Perform physical and cognitive exercises with the patients, such as joint-rotation exercises, strolling, reading, and art crafting.

• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.

• Assist the patient to use the restroom and maintain the cleanness, such as cleaning bedpan

• Provide patient care under your case manager’s supervision

 

Requirements
 

• Have a current State of California Nursing Assistant Certification

• Pass the company's clinical skill assessment tests

• Compassionate and caring demeanor

• Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPPA compliances

• Ability to work well with the Willow Pathway Home Health Care community

• You have a smart phone with a database plan that you can download and operate mobile apps required for work

• You are able to drive and have your own car and clean driving record
